for everyone that have not done their personality assessment, just note that the 1st question in every section is more like your positive, the 2nd is more like the negative.....like say, example 1a. i am very passionate about work 1b. i like to dodge when work becomes too much.

If you missed their call,they'd call again if you're lucky,i have been called up to three times even after haven been interviewed on the phone.

the questions are somewhat tricky,read instructions very well,its better not to finish the 22 questions,and correctly get the few you answered correctly....i already feel like i've failed ohhhh......i rushed to answer all.......all the best.

Hello house, i just want to make this simple, i am a rookie sort of in the job hunting field, i have always done my own businesses though i have been applying randomly, just today i got a call from Etisalat and i got a mail congratulating me on my passing the 1st stage of the recruitment process, the second stage is a personality test which would last for 15 minutes,please anyone that has been on the same road should tell me what to expect before i open this 15 minutes link.Mods biko help a job seeker....thanks.
