All the cases are direct ones, that you don't need a seasoned judge to tell you that Wike and his baba ajascos have no ground to stand on if it comes to the law of the land. It is on the local government election or the state allocation or the 27 defected lawmakers. The lawmakers cannot overnight aprobate and reprobate. I am not a lawyer but I know it's not allowed in law. That singular affidavit was their greatest undoing.

D ruling said d FHC had no jurisdiction on the case, not that the lawmakers are now illegal, so it had nothing to do with d affidavit dey swore. Meaning, if they had taken d case up in d right court, it would have stood.
