I have a relatively deep well in my house (ibadan), the water is hard water, doesn't foam with soap and even fades my black clothes leaving white patches on them when i wash my clothes with the water. I was given some salt to be using in treating the water but it only improved minimally. Please how can I get a specialist in ibadan to treat this water with a lasting effect. How much will it cost me? or any other ideas on what I can do? Thanks
