Next time try making deposit first if not mikky will not BUY.

If it is so urgent and all banks have closed, you could wire the money into his account.

If you have not activated you internet banking, you could go to any ATM then transfer money from your account to his account directly (N100 charge may apply if you are not using the same bank as mikky "i think they call it inter bank or so )

That way, you do not need to go to be bank the next day and miss the sweet deal on ebay "Today"

Make sure you call him after making deposit also send him a message stating the amount you paid and the name you used to open your own account because when he gets the notification/alert, he will not see your nairaland user id but your name.

The fact is that Nigerians are not allowed to open a paypal account and even though you may have, most sellers will refuse to ship to Nigeria.

Since mikky is in U.S he pays for it and takes the risk shipping to Nigeria.

Na that risk oyibo dey fear to take if not...

I do not know what options you have for now o.

What I know for sure is that if you do not pay for the bid you won, the seller might decide to open a case against you on ebay (fraudulent buyer) since you were not able to pay for the item due to the fact that you do not have the facilities (pay pay credit card) to make the payment.

What you have to do now is to look for another item, make deposits into mikky's account (else he wont bid for you) so that he bids for you, win, make payments and send it down to Nigeria.

I am currently making this post with my Galaxy S3 VERIZON

My s3 model is i535.

Has a 2gb ram.

1.5ghz dual core.

32gb storage.

It has a gsm radio chip but verizon used some softwares to hide it so that it receives just cdma network.

When my phone arrived, I used a software to unlock my gsm radio frequency.

I have used mtn, glo, airtel and etisalat network with my phone.

They all caught network!

I could make and receve call (both international).

Send and receive sms and mms (both internationally),

Surfed the internet as well with the various network stated above. (H+)

Below is a screen shot showing you that I am making use of a verizon with mtn network.

Look very well, it is mtn Nigeria

I did my home work before I orederd for the phone.

No fear to buy am

Some how, its among the best s3 because you can make use of both cdma and gsm sim cards.

I can make use of visafone, retel network providers.

People using the international edition gt19300 will have to buy another phone when travelling to another country that makes use of just cdma networks.

Hope you know where I am driving to?...
