Part Time programs in Nigeria are messed up, the lecturers are paid handsomely but prefer to merge the part time students with the full time students thus killing 2 birds with one stone. Most times the issue of scheduling is always a problem between the students and the lecturers. Examination scheduling is normally done by the department/faculty and if that was properly done then you do not have a case. Most times even at regular programs students always complain with their examination scheduling. There is no clear case of victimization here.

I no it's possible to meter every house in nigeria both in rural area, going by the theory of how million of people in nigeria own a mobile phone, while human beings are far more than the number of houses to meter yet phone are made available for everyone.
