The reply by Igbenedion sounds logical but waiting for a rejoinder from Oshiomole.

olllachi:
okay thank you. sorry for asking so many questions though. so you're suggesting I just wait until everything becomes clearer? I hope it won't be too late because I really need to get a hostel in school. I'm new to the environment so I can't stay off campus

You will know people especially Abuja based peeps, they can keep you for 2/3 days then you find your feet.

olllachi:
okay. Please how soon should I be in the school? and can I also do the physical and medical clearance while I'm there? so that I can finish everything and go back

Another sad part, each unit has it's peculiar culture, can't speak for medical and security vetting or hostel allocation. Just be patient, the hint is to let others go before you, observe and ensure you don't make same mistakes.

In practice though, year 1 students that can come around will be allowed to do their admission office clearance in a staggered fashion because if all 10000 of you come that January it will not be easy for Ezekiel. Merit candidates will start then Remedial then Supplementary and of course during this period the hostels may not be open for you so make alternative arrangements. This is just a proposal, in time to come we will know the real deal.

obinna221:
They finished exam 3rd, so it's still a full month and if you add December its already two months. Two month is as bad as 3. If i should skip the registration part, lecture starts February, that another month for students to choose to stay home. Lol after one minute of learning, they will give another Easter break.

you start counting from 3rd November to 3rd December to 3rd January which is about 2 months, its expected all students come and register and pay fees before commencing the academic year. We did not even factor in the students doing post graduate and those doing part time, there is really nothing to whine about.

obinna221:
3 months vacation. Who does that?

People wrote exam this week so what do you mean by 3 months vacation? Scripts are being marked, at least 2 weeks, final year students being supervised and prepared for defence add 4 weeks, students on IT and teaching practice, add 2 weeks, we are already in January.

Don't know what to believe now.

obinna221:
If they were going to resume February, why rush exam like they wanted to meet up with the old pattern. I don't see anything good about this calendar.

They have to mark scripts and supervise students, don't be selfish.

The heading says proposed, but the content looks good by me as it gives us ample time to dot the i's and cross the t's.

As of today though the current thinking is to stagger the Admission office clearance beginning with those from the merit category next week so that the workload will not be much as the time draws nearer.

But that calendar if approved will so sweet my bele, it means all you fresher's will be at home till next year allowing for renovation of hostels and proper planning of the entire process. Staff too can proceed on their annual leave.

olllachi:
Comrade sir please is the application to be done in the school because i'm currently in abuja

That is the sad part.

They can either join the militants or those collecting 5k.

They will soon say its a lie so will not believe it, Tele Ikuru though will make a good spokesman.

I knew my Governor WIKE will not disappoint in this matter, IPOB has no business in Port Harcourt.

So in the end na so mata take waka...chai.

NCC should compel the networks to stop bombarding our lines with useless SMS.

Everyone will be paid, just be patient.

Kudos to the Ogun state government.

Congratulations Nigeria.

olllachi:
Yes sir

Then scroll up, see the instruction and do likewise.

Chuksdfreed:
Post utme score of 232 no admission given yet cant seem to understand uniport, dont even knw wat to do,sir otokx will there be anoda list

I pray not.

Iko5000:
OP please stop peddling lies . It was a control landing and not crash landing . And does that look like a plane with an engine on fire to you

Why are passengers in the bush abi did they go for safari in the airport?

The road should just be sold to Redeemed let them toll and maintain it.

harryfloss:
comrade ,pls how true is the statement u wrote about merit students starting clearance on Monday?

It is looking very likely.

olllachi:
Good afternoon. please a friend of mine told me not to bother paying for accommodation because the payment has closed. please is this true? because i paid my acceptance fee today and i'm confused on the next step to take

Do you want to stay in the hostel?

When houses are built on natural waterways what then do you expect? The gutters and drainage's do not necessarily empty into the canals which in themselves are mostly stagnant.

yemaldo:
We really need to do something about our refineries

The refineries have long been obsolete and being used as a channel to syphon Nigerian money.

@IHEKE123 we will look at it from tomorrow.

These robbers are not spirits, they are human beings living in Lagos so the communities around that axis should be held liable for such incidents, security agencies need to wake up from their slumber.

IHEKE123:
Please comrade otokxs please should i drop my reg no for you to help me let my accommodation online receipt show please

The sudden change in weather is making not a few sick, kindly drop your reg no, etranzact receipt no for the hostel accommodation, date of payment and transaction id if different from the etranzact receipt no.

Looks like Admission clearance for Merit candidates will start on Monday next week instead of today due to logistics bottlenecks.

Doomsday prophets, Nigeria is not and cannot be broke, during change in government there will be some lull but after a while things will pick up.

malame41:
Thank you very much... I will forward it to him but this car park at abuja campus is it the same one close to ICTC??

No
