Hi guys! I applied for UK visa in 2013, as housewife,was refused visa because I was not working; fortunately for me, i got a FG job that same year. The problem now is, my appointment was back dated to 2011,and now i have been invited by my Bro inlaw for a surprise birthday party for his wife. I know i will need to submit my documents from office, hope there won't be any trouble as per me getting the visa?

Every application is based on it's own merit, meaning they will scrutinise your application based on what you submit in the new application "BUT" they always re-visit your previous application to find out more on why you were refused and to see if your circumstance has changed. (Just my opinion)
