World bank loan has low interest rate that spread across many years to pay back better than sourcing loan from indigenous commercial banks. Some loan payment back to world bank may even span 35years or 15years with grace period and even extension. For some specific projects, it is always better to borrow money to finance them than spending your money that can be used and reused for other things
