You are partly right.Property belongs to Estate of late Mrs J.E. Egbinola,Janet Bolarinwa, the Proprietress of Alafia Nursery Primary School,Mokola, Ibadan.BUT her estate has not authorised any SALE or Lease of Property. BUYERS BEWARE
