Small elepaq gen, 1.3kw output. It charges my phone and everything before

Pls I'm having an issue with my gen, it was running and not giving out power so I called a generator engineer that worked it by changing capacitor, but the capacitor he changed from my gen was black and flat but the one he replaced was white and cylinder-like
The generator has been working fine since then until now it's not charging my phone, my phone will just keeps shaking and even stop charging, however everything else I plug works even my tv but it just doesn't charge my phones.
Note the chargers are working with normal NEPA light

Can spiritual soap that did not work still have repercussions on the user?
Please I need to know guys I've used some strong bad spiritual soaps supposed to give me money but it didn't work and I later found out this soap shortens life and like so many youngsters die in the space of 3years because of such quick wealth soap. However I used the soap so many times and it just didn't work and I didn't see a dime from it.
I just want to know if I'm still going to suffer repercussions or anything of such?
