Well I won't say its prerecorded, but a standard video face to face interview. Most times it may be a conference kind of interview(like my case)were two to four senior members of their HR can ask you questions simultaneously!!! Also the likely questions they may ask isn't really important, but what I will advice is that you should be very confident and have good eye to eye contact with them and also make sure you are in a quite place with good lighting.

Hello,you guys need to prepare very well.I had this kind of interview with a company based in Norway."Hirevue" is the new app most companies in Europe,Australia and New Zealand use now instead of "Skype". So guy prepare well!!!

I would advice your friend to go to India instead. I have worked and lived in India before although for only 3 years(Mumbai).There are more opportunities in India than Dublin(A boring though stable country)!

Its not fake.That picture was actually taken in 1958 in Enugu by a BBC journalist from London.They were donkey years ahead of us!!!
