He played a book by going there to distract APC , before he join ADC he already had plans with Dickson and OBJ to register NDC clearly , these plans were kept since by this group mentioned including elrufai and GEJ

Obidient movement is not NDC, and NDC is not Obidient movement.
Both are separate organizations that have agreed to work together for a mutually beneficial presidential election involving PETER OBI.
NDC should run their financial matters independently and Obidient movement will also do the same there is no point issuing stupid directives and useless control mechanisms.
Get your money and spend your money simple. Don't ever think of controlling money made by the Obidient movement.
