HMM, I must say this topic is my food - and that's why am here!
Please guys take a look at www.ox-harriscreative.com - A custom - built website from scratch (requiring core PHP development, MySQL, JS/AJAX, and of cos HTML & CSS).
Interestingly this is the work of a single - yes single - Nigerian. As at now, the Ox-Haarris Creative company (Lagos - based) is offering CUSTOM Web Design & Development services for both little and big businesses (hardly ever, infact never, uses any frameworks or templates).
So the innovation has started in Nigeria - We are tired of templates and framewoks!!!
