Bro no matter how long it may take to develop, development would soon come one day and it's going to be enough gain for you.

Yeah, but we are not getting younger. The longest term I can ever plan for any investment is 10years. i will even see such project as belongings to my children.

Its a good investment in areas that can develop later. I bought one and did not appreciate in 7 years. I reluctantly bought one and appreciated 500% after 1year and by 2023 went up to 1000%.

If u have a jist about government planning to construct good road to some under develop areas, it's wise to quickly buy land in d area at farmland prices.
