The situation now is when a class teacher lacks class control due to incompetence. At first d student will be calm and study him.He sought likeness from ering pupils rather than discipline and punishing them. He feels he's gathering followers and admiration.
Soon the students start misbehaving and making a hell of noise cos they have studied his weakness.

Any instruction he gives as the class teacher would not be followed again.
