TV/Movies / Nb Judgement On Kimberly And Laura by oyeb2003: 3:17pm On Aug 26, 2007
I was scared to the bone that Kimberly was really going to be evicted out of the gulder ultimate search. Perhaps Laura would have being evicted but all the same she was giving another opportunity to redeem her image with other team mates. But if she had being evicted, it will give the critics the opportunity to criticize Kimberly, who was allowed to stay back. What do you think, was the judgement okay by the previous edition of Gulder Ultimate Search

Great arguements I must say.I do not intend to pitch my tent with any side of the divide. For those of us in support of the HIV test, what would you do if you are a parent to baby Eniola who was accidentally infected with HIV at the foremost and prestigious Lagos University Teaching Hospital,LUTH, by eminent nigerian medical professors? What would you do if you discover that just like the over 400 Libyan children, a doctor had intentionally or unintentionally infected you with HIV, What will you do if you accidentally become infected with HIV just like Eniola?I hope some of us realise that in a country like Nigeria, a lot of HIV infections are not tranmitted via sex( could by among other thins, clippers or syringes!).I do hope if any pro HIV test fellow finds himself in any of these situations above,he will be very glad to be discriminated against in SCHOOL,at WORK PLACE, on the football field ,In the house,By his parents,By his spouse, By his siblings and even in the Church and Mosque.AMEN and AMEN and AMEN.
CASE DISMISSED!

winkThis is a very good point. This is exactly my case. Thanks very much mgilesanmi cool

I can't believe that despite the campaign going on around the whole country or perhaps the whole world about indiscrimination to HIV positive students, a school (an higher institution for that matter) can still be insisting on being negative to HIV.

I am indifferent to their testing negative to the pregnancy test but that of HIV is utterly bad. This is not even a case of their being a glorified secondary school but a total case of ignorance on the part of the administration of the school.

I hope someone out there will please tell them that HIV is not only contacted through sexual means if perhaps they want to produce saints and scholars as they pronounce, testing positive to HIV does not make the person a sinner.
Education / Re: What Is Wrong With Waec Nov/dec E-registration Site by oyeb2003: 1:15pm On Jul 19, 2007
I thought I was the only one going through this kind of nonsense. I have tried logging in both early in the morning and late at night but all to no avail. At a point, I thought the site has been closed, but if so, why are they still selling the cards. Yet, there is the belief that e-registration is suppose to be with ease but with the ways things are in Nigeria, I think it is what one would call WORSE CASE SYNDROME.
