On behalf of my moderators - Puskin, troot - I welcome everyone and anyone to this year's Punt for Pride, the forth edition.

Remember if you've gat what it takes, come take what we've gat!!!

As usual, this year's edition is going to be fun filled, highly intriguing.

I suppose we have all read and agreed to the rules because any defaulter will be made to face the music.

Here are some few points worth knowing:

FORMAT FOR DROPPING TIPS:
This is accepted format with which you must abide when dropping your game(s).

(I) Select and stake on your games.

(II) After placing your bet, just go to your history and copy the bet along with the bet ID. (You bet ID will appear only on computer version or new mobile version)

(III) Paste your games along with your BET ID and Your MERRYBET USERNAME and indicate how many
SLOTS you are using. In the event where no of slot(s) is not indicated, we would assume you are using 1 slot. an example is cited below:

Always remember to include your total odds

(Please always arrange your tips)

HOW POINTS ARE AWARDED:
Points will be used to grade punters odds (rounded to the nearest whole number) eg
1.55 = 2pts
2.76 = 3pts
2.44 = 2pts
5.59 = 6pts
5.49 = 5pts

What this means is that if your total odd is 1.50, and your game(s) comes out green, you will be awarded 2 points, even if your total odd is 1.59, you will be awarded 2 points.
Also, if your total odd is 2.49, you will be awarded 2 points. in essence ".50" upward is rounded off as 1, while ".49" downward is rounded off as 0.

"Don't worry about the rounding off, it is our duty to do that"

Please bear in mind that
NUMBER OF SLOT(S): 2 is different from
SLOT NUMBER 2

This has generated a lot of arguement in the past PfP, we are trying to avoid that this time around. The ACCETABLE FORMAT IS
NUMBER OF SLOT(S): (Indicate the number of slot you intend to use in front)

For the play off, all participants are awarded 3 Slots each to be used within 3 days. There shall be 3 groups contesting simulteaneously

IGNORANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE. If you are not cleared, kindly ask you question and mention me. don't quote this post, its too long, quote the part you don't understand.

Remember, the tournament is not limited to soccer only, all sports are accepted except Inplays and VFL

I wanted to play, I just couldn't, I wanted to see the outcome of my Osassuna game before putting up another bet, but then it was too late. More so when Greenified came up with 8 points, the only option I had left was to play compulsorily. To play became a problem, no network and my battery was almost flat, I tried to called my bro who knows nothing about betting to help me play the game I had in mind, he didn't pick up, he later called me this morning to tell me he was asleep by then. My case was just badluck. I played this game that started by 5 but I could not post it, the slip us shown below. I didn't notice the error in Greenified game till when I woke up in the mid night. I breathe a sigh of relief when I saw the game not knowing that Akraym had been bribed, he was ready to defend his that lie till the extent that he had to lie. #beware of Akraym# my respect for him dropped from 100% to 0%. I expect a moderator to be truthful and fair to all, not to be loyal to some. That's the truth even if u want to criticise me. My simple advice ### Beware of AKRAYM####

The problem is that I always post with my laptop, even if I use a phone, I still use the desktop site and that requires 3G to open. U can check all my games u will see that it took the computer format. The network where I reside now is bad, there is good network where I work, but when I get home it bcoms a different story. I have to take cab to somewhere to post and analyse games . I had a game I had to play but was unable to play because of network. But that does not really matter, the fact is that Greenified broke the rule and the right thing should be done. Thanks

Honestly I had a game, that even won, but I couldn't copy it from my betting account because it requires stronger network to open. Naira land is easier to open compared to some other sites.

I am not even using that as an excuse, my point is that they shud follow the rules

Its wasn't stated in the rule but have mentioned times without numbers on previous pages the deadline time. Way back from the play off days

Akraym in defence stated that the reason why he allowed that game was because there was no game to be played the following day which is today. But this same thing happened earlier when the day after the last game day was free and Akraym still posted this

After then he posted this which show that the next day was also free. And he insisted that the game must end on that same day.

With all this Akraym still claims he is fair, someone shud pls judge this. If it was nairabet Akin Alabi would have stepped in by now. I don't seem to understand merrybet.
