Well, I am left with no choice than to accept the judgement, but I still maintain that justice was not served here, I put my self at risk for keeping my slots till that time what if my opponent won their games, if I did this when everyone had 5 slots, will the case be judged this way? what the mod played out here is simple, Increase the gravity of the offense such that the defendant has to plead for less. I have never for once thought that what I did will be tagged an offense that could lead to forfeiture of two slots, rather I see it as simple logic. The worst should have been to cancel my games and return my slots. Thanks to all who stood by me for justice, Juwon, Femcruz, Funkyjms, Evangson, Dan2j. |

Puskin I am sorry if I mess with your reputation or integrity, but if you want to maintain your stand, then so be it. But even in real life football there is always room for appeal after a red card was awarded on the pitch. When people are placed in little position of authority and they allow their judgement to be beclouded with injustice for unreasonable reasons, I doubt if they can make it to higher place of authority. How can your decision be final? Are you God? |

I have noticed that whenever there is an argument on this thread, the other mods/judge keeps quiet and are always afraid of saying the truth, like Juwon said, what if I played this kind when everyone had 5 slots, will Puskin void my game and forfeit my slots? |

puskin:So if I played over 2.5 on one slip and I played over 3.5 on another, it wouldn't be a crime, but exploring the same market and playing under and over became a crime as if I formed the market. If you continue at this rate you might eventually decide to declare yourself as the winner of the tournament, since your judgement is final. The worst should have been returning slots since something like this has never happened before. |
