Interior pictures will help you sell this faster you didn't even place pictures from within the compound all photos were taken from outside with the gates closed,being the agent whom the owners have offered a home to sell at Over N40million don't you think interior pictures will be better sir
One would be left to assume you were not allowed into the compound in the first place.

Pple are cooking rice in their kitchen and posting the pictures but an agent who claims to be in business cant put a pic on their advert.

No one takes them seriously anyways.

These days you come up on the property section and see "So Called" agents who advertise properties worth tens and hundreds of millions of naira with the tag line;
TAStEFULLY 4 BEDROOM LUXURY DUPLEX WITHIN A SECURED ESTATE IN LEKKI PHASE 1:

24HOURS SECURITY
FITTED KITCHEN
PRICE N130million
(or) RENT N3million. S/C N500k. A&A 20%.

WITHIN A SINGLE PHOTO OF THE SAID PROPERTY.
I BELIEVE A LEGITIMATE AND SERIOUS MINDED AGEBT WILL AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE PICTURES OF A PROPERTY THAT WAS HANDED OVER TO THEM To MANAGE/SELL (BUT AS THE CASE MOsTLY IS HERE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THESE PROPERTUES AND WILL TELL YOU TO CALL MR XYZ OR WAIT FOR THEM TO CONTACT THEIR PARTNER FIRST)

EVEN IF THEY DONT PLACE SUCH PICTURES THE LEAST THAT THEY CAN DO IS EMAIL/SEND YOU PHOTOS OF THE SAID PROPERTIES AFTER CONTACTING THEM,THAT TOO CAN NOT BE ACHIEVED WITH THESE "AGENTS",AND THATS THE REASON WHY THEY HAVE THE SAME PROPERTIES ADVERTISING FOR 2-3YEARS RUNNING WITH ONLY THRMSELVES COMMENTING ON THEM

THERE ARE MANY AGENTS HERE WHO HAVE SET THE BAR AND STANDARDS HIGH WHEN IT COMES TO ADVERTISING.
EG: @IJNREC / @RESLESTATE1 TO NAME A FEW OTHERS WHO ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE TRULY INCHARGE OF THE SAID PROPERTIES

I ADVICE YOU INSIST OM GETTING PICTURES BEFORE YOU CONSIDER GOING FOR ANY INSPECTION..THEY WILL GIVE MANY MANY MANNNYYYY EXCUSES BUT INSIST AND IF THE PERSON DONT HAVE PICTURES I SUGGEST YOU IGNORE AND LOOK ELSE WHERE.

IM NOT THERE OR I HAVE BEEN THERE YET
MY PHONE DIED WHEN I WENT THERE

***NOTE: THESE SAME PEOPLE GIVE THESE SAME SETS OF EXCUSES EVERY!!!! TIME PICTURES ARE REQUESTED*** THOSE "AGENTS" WHO ARE GUILTY OF THESE KNOW THRMSELVES.

TO ME I BE LIVE THEY EITHER DONT HAVE THE SAID PROPERTIES IN THEIR CARE AND ARE JUST DOING THIS BASED A "MY FRIEND HAS IT"
THEY DONT HAVE SMART PHONES (OR CAMERA'S) OR THEY MAY JUST BE TOO IF PROFESSIONAL TO SEE THE NEED OF PLACING PHOTOS (IN THIS AGE LOL)

And when you eventually get to the "TASTEFULLY..TILLED...NEAT IN AND OUT" property what you end up seeing will make you wish you could simply rewind time
TAKE THIS FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS HAD HIS TIME WASTED.
