It was formerly N188million now it's N98m.That's a whole discount of N90million lol ![]() Almost a N100,000,000 (N100m) discount of a car and it's still selling at a hundred million naira ![]() And still the current price is enough to buy 2 Brand New 2013 Models. |
MYAs2011:It's good to know the cost of landing a N50m car is An extra N188million ![]() You mention some fictitious, hilarious and unrealistic terms that don't Apply to every, car purchase ; Hidden commissions, demorage ...Please sir what are or kindly define "Hidden Commissions" ![]() Also 3 other points you made would NEVER ever go as high as adding an extra N138m to a car,..that is; insurance, tax and clearing. How much would it cost to clear that car sir? And the cost of transportation if it or ANYOTHER car via truck both there and here can't exceed $2k (that's even overstretched). So I guess your expenditures were as follows: Used 2006 Maybach N50million (NOTE: that was its cost 8yrs ago NOT now, also NOTE you will NOT get a brand new 2006 model of this again) Maybach N50million. Tax N20million. Demorage N20million. ![]() Hidden Commission N20million. ![]() Profit/Gain N20million (I can agree on this) Insurance N20million. ![]() Transportation N20million ![]() Clearing N10million [not even a bugatti clears at N10m] Other expenses N8million (who knows what else can arise lol ![]() Extra N138million on an 8yr old car which isn't even brand new who sold for N45m-N52mat its prime. Nice |

MYAs2011:Chief we all know what hand built cars entail. What they are saying is that you are advertising a 2006 car (which sold for $335,000 upon its release 8years ago) at over $1.1million...i mean that's technically an extra $800,000 lol and mind you the price of that 2006 has dropped far below that $300k mark it was almost a decade ago. And judging from the looks of it I assume this isn't a Brand New one by brand new I mean Tear Rubber factory condition NOT Nigerian dealer brand new where you hear "Only 5,000km/10,000k/12,000km still brand New" A 2014 Maybach 62 costs $460,000 Your 2006 model costs over $1.1m+ 8yrs diffeemce and a lot of technological and also mechanical innovative differences between them N188million for a N52.5m car seems far off. |

@myhappyhome I believe you would fare better and be taken more seriously if you post pictures of any of these your said/mentioned properties, for as long as I've been seeing your ads you have NEVER put up a Single picture of any of your numerous houses, and even your descriptions are always vague, and tend to be repetitive "All room(s) ensuite, all tiled with pop,big kitchen + cabinet, ample parking space"....thats the same write up,whether it's a duplex,a flat,bungalow...always the same. I believe that if you really are an agent and you really do go inspect these properties then having pictures of them isn't supposed to be a problem, besides anyone can come here and write "Duplex for rent, tiled spacious ample space Price: N4m,N5m,N6m,N7m I'm just giving you my advice because from what I've seen people don't even comment on your ads and they stay on the market for so so soooooo many months without a purchase+/rental. - Post pictures - Give better descriptions - Avoid repeating the same description on every single one of your ads - The last is ; try stocking to just ONE user account on Nairaland,if for diversity sake then at most 2 accounts as opposed to having over 7 (investigated) accounts for the same purpose being Real Estate Sale/Letting |
Morning, whats the price on these? |
Pictures? People don't believe ads without pictures of the advertised item let alone take an estate agent seriously. |
Ramanto: no pictures of it?@Simple3xms I believe you would fare better and be taken more seriously if you post pictures of any of these your said/mentioned properties, for as long as I've been seeing your ads you have NEVER put up a Single picture of any of your numerous houses, and even your descriptions are always vague, and tend to be repetitive "All room(s) ensuite, all tiled with pop,big kitchen + cabinet, ample parking space"....thats the same write up,whether it's a duplex,a flat,bungalow...always the same. embadee: When i read your post the my first reaction was to lash at you, then on second thoughts i decided to try to understand why you would call someone you have never met in your live, never transacted any business with a greedy shy-luck (correct spelling is shylock- he's a fictional character in Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice not a lucky shy person) seller? Instinctively, i went through your recent posts, and in no time it dawned on me that I wasn't your first victim and I am certain i wont be your last. Since July 7, you have had 23 posts, 19 of which are in response to car ads, you offered 900k for a Honda 2007 advertised for 1.2M and told the seller he cant get a better offer,750k for a Camry 03 going for 920k, you told the seller to take it or leave it,900k for EOD 05 going for 1.3M,you advised the seller to grab your very juicy offer so as to increase his turnover, you offered a seller 1.2M for a Honda accord DOC 07 going for 1.8M after calling him a greedy punk. I could go on and on, come on what brand of car a you really looking to buy and what exactly is your budget? You cant go about calling people names just because they placed an ads on NL that you stumbled upon. To make matters worse you are just praying to make it past the screening stage of the UAC management trainee programme 2014, which easily translate to the fact that you can not afford any of the cars you tender silly bids for, at least not until you get the job, even when you do it will take a while before you can save up enough to move from that clumsy neighborhood where you cant afford to pay up service bills. Listen up dude, i never advertised an EX for the fact that i stated that the interior was fabric that's enough to tell even the dumbest that the car is an LX, which usually doesn't come with alloyed rims. The essence of this ad is for serious buyers to see enough to put a call through, after which they can come for inspection and subsequently close the deal. So fellas keep the calls coming.FATALITY!!!!!! People making offers for cars they can never afford and will never buy. They make offers on every car that's advertised some arrogant ones even go as far as insulting a seller lol...they will make offers from 2012 Range Sport @N14million to a 2009 Venza @N4.5m to 2003 Accord @N800k lol doing so for over 2yrs sone even 4yrs. Nice Finisher Chief and Happy sales |
now it's N98m.
