For most people, magazines are journals and journals are magazines. It seems right, but it feels really wrong to jumble them together and consider them as the same thing. There is a big difference between a magazine and a journal and it’s very important to know which is which. Journal articles are more about scholarly articles that are used as references in many thesis and research papers. It provides an analysis of a particular research topic. Eat, eat and eat! Nowadays teens are overweight and unfit. Many surveys have found out that more and more young people suffer from obesity, damaging their health. Therefore, stop eating too much. That is not alone about your appearance, but also your health.

Lack of sport is a major problem causing teenagers overweight. Without consumption of calories they'll accumulate in your body. Then you'll get fatter and fatter. Unfortunately, most young people love playing video games and computer rather than sport. Of course, the intake of the diet cannot be cancelled out. Overweight body is rescued eventually.

Another reason is due to high content calories in the diet. Eating too much calories is harmful as they'll deposit in our blood vessels. This leads to
Fat bodies and then heart disease.

Youngstars are under stress as the school work is so busy. Eating candies and snacks is a common method of relieve pressure. However, it is unwise because candies and snackdoom you to gain weight easily. Infact, we can only use one rule to solve the problem-the uptake should be always greater than intake. Playing sport is a good method of lose weight. Besides you'll feel more comfortable after playing sport. Hence, you can see it as a relaxing practice to relieve stress.

To avoid the high content of calories, you should have a balanced diet. Don't eat too much snack. Eat much food and vegetables instead of meat and carbohydrates. They also can make you feel full.
