This is really sad, plan to access my degree in Computer science(4 years) at Ekiti State University.

1. Does it mean i can't claim 15 points with 2 years 5 months experience

I intend to nominate ICT security specialist (ANZSCO 262112). My ielts result is (S:7,W:8, R:6.5, L:7), gonna give PTE a shot.

In btw, has anyone gotten positive accessment(ICT security specialist)?

VETASSES is the assessing body. Mathematics is your best shot if your University is in the tier 1.

If you are still working in the same place, no need to change your job descriptions.

ACS guys and all. Do you know anyone with positive assessment as ICT Security Specialist? Please help with sample Job description for guidance to increase chances of getting a positive assessment as I am considering re-assessment as ICT security Specialist. Still taking English test though but 79+ in speaking is becoming really difficult for me 5th Attempt already.

Thanks to everyone that has contributed to this thread, every information shared matters. Please I will like to clarify few things and I'd appreciate if the gurus can help your loyal boy


Age 30
Bsc Computer science (4 years)
Years of experience 2 years
Plan to write my English test soon


1. Can I get a positive assessment for a 4 year course in Computer science with 2 years experience
2. The highest I can get is 65 points if my assessment is positive. Age(30 points), Bsc Degree(15 points), Experience(0 point). If score maximum point(20 points) in English test. What are the chances of being invited with 65 points if I nominate Computer Network and Systems Engineer.
3. What are the chances of getting state sponsorship

Just want to make sure I'm on the right pathway. Pls anyone with tips should share....thanks
