secondly, Imo State Uni is an institution, how would Imo State Uni request for 170000 from a prospective student?

did they send her a letter with Imo State University's logo as its letter head asking for 170000thousand naira to secure admission?

do you have proof of this?

if you dont, i'll suggest you keep quiet about this issue 'cos if you're faced with a legal battle, na you go run o
