I'm a clearing and forwarding agent and also sell car , my education : diploma in a university but can't even find my cert anymore, lol . so let's say a wasce holder, I've got a good POF with steady inflows , bond cert, treasurybill certificate, MMF cert, house certs . My wife is also a wasce holder .


no travel experience before, what is my chance of securing visas for my family and what type of visa can I possibly get with my educational and occupational levels , I've been self employed since I left school some 20 years ago . I'm not really looking forward to work in Canada persay but to continue my auto trades which I believe will sustain me and also give my kids a good startups

Buy a house in Canada or business startup. Read about the requirements .

Hello People, I applied for a master's in 3 Canadian universities now and currently waiting for their favorable considerations of my applications but I'm disturbed if my current age could be a barrier. I'm 42 going to 43 now and not sure if I could scale this visa people hurdle. please, from the experience gathered so far, could anyone throw more light as regard age in this race. thank you.

I am 47 years old. I just received my passport back as my application was approved. Kindly write a good SOP with emphasis on why you need to do the program and the fact that you will return after your masters . Please go ahead and don’t be discouraged .

I arrived Toronto in December with 2 kids who are American. They werent mentioned in my application as I used them as home ties. I am an international student. I applied for authorization 4 them but it ddnt come out as at when we were scheduled to travel. I took d risk and travelled like thatr. We ddnt have any issues both from Nig or Canada.1 month after we are settled with my 1st who is over 5 years enrolled in School. Hope this helps. All the best

Please is there anyone that landed recently with a child who is an American citizen without writing IRCC and also didn’t mention during application that he or she will be coming with the child? Before now I know you don’t need any authorisation since the child does not need a visa but I don’t know what is obtainable now . I have a study permit approved and want to travel with my 5 years Son who is an American citizen. Any advice please ? Thank you all.

This is my first post. Forgive me if it lands in the wrong place. Please I have a question to ask the gurus in d house, where do I request for authorisation for my 4 years old child who is an American citizen to follow me and travel to Canada without any issue wirh this Covid travel restrictions. I did not mention in my application that I will travel with any of the children.
Is there anyone who travelled with a child who is an American citizen successfully without notifying IRCC? Gurus please advice .

Also someone asked something about eligibility - in my case , eligibility started the day I received my passport back meaning that I got BVL, PPR without any change to my profile. No eligibility review, no background check, no medical pass, only additional document. Everything started the date I got LOI which is the final letter . My medical is still not updated till today’ despite the fact that I have my visa issued and passport . I applied 22 October and got PPR on 18 Jan. I submitted NSE documents ( my bank doesn’t issue mybankstatement so I submitted ordinary statement and bank reference letter ) Jan 4th . I think we should not bother so much about what our profile looks like . There seems not to be a hard and fast rule. Just relax and pray . All those waiting will celebrate. Thanks
