Is it just me or it's same with other guys, the embarrassment I feel is as if I'm the one doing something embarrassing, and I can't help the feeling, because of that I shy away from buying foodstuff or other stuff that will make me bargain.

Most times I ask my sisters or girlfriend to accompany me so she can do the bargaining or get the stuff for me.

My older brother bargains alot like he can't do without bargaining and for that I avoid going anywhere with him.

Incase you're wondering how I survive without bargaining, I just use people close to me when its something I must bargain for, but if it's something like clothes, I know the standard price for stuff like that so I just make an offer, and for basic things like packaged groceries I buy from supermarkets in more than one quantity.

The Commandant Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Major General JO Ochai, on Tuesday 11 June. 2024 addressed the staff and cadets of the academy, congratulating them on the successful completion of 3rd Quarter 2023/2024 Training Session .

He thanked the staff for their dedication and commitment, and encouraged them to maintain their high standards in the upcoming session.

The Commandant challenged the cadets to uphold integrity and refrain from activities that could tarnish the academy's reputation, particularly during the Academy break from 12-25 June, 2024.He also advised the cadets to keep a low profile and maintain situational awareness due to the current security situation in the country.He wished the muslim faithful happy Eid -El Adha in advanced.

Among those present during the Commandant's address include the Deputy Commandant NDA Air Vice Marshal SK Aneke, Academy Provost, Professor I Garba, Principal Staff Officers, senior military and civilian staff as well as cadets and other staff
