dude..am telling you countries have free health care for their citizens and no need of insurance and do you think insurance covers all medical issues??people always choose to go to private hospitals and pay for insurance because government hospitals are too crowded..i tell you there free health care in nigeria..i know of general hospital lagos..you buy your drugs and they treat you free
