From your screenshot, it's not Grey. It seems you didn't deactivate some zcom services that hit your virtual card for payment.

For every domain you register or renew, make sure auto renewal is turned off. Look out for extras that may warrant monthly or yearly payment and cancell them as well.

Because any time money is in your account and the monthly payment hits your card, all the outstanding will be settled if your balance is sufficient to take care of it.

So they want you to stay for a year and renew ( $11) at least once with them. Fair enough

Please, did you read the "fine print" concerning the cost of subsequent renewal? If the terms of conditions says you must renew with them the second year and price is $25 and above, it will not be profitable. Just asking and to be sure it is not a Greek gift because if it is too good to be true, it probably is.

It was posted earlier on the thread that to add a us account number on afternic, I should send them an email requesting that I needed to add a us account number without filling the tax form. The reply I got from afternic upon the request was what I posted above.

I think you've to ask Afternic to enable "international payee" for you so that you can fill out your Grey . co US bank account info

They are terrible registrar. Domain registration may take 2 days before manual registration and activation for you.

I print out the domain purchase sheet, sign, screenshot and email to their customer support for activation. It's terrible because the time lapse to manually register a domain can make you loose it to another domainer who make use of instant domain registrar.

I think phone SMS for instant activation does not work.

I guess, WFH is short for "work from home." Unfortunately, the Nigerian market is not mature enough to understand the value of short, memorable, brandable, etc, domain names in the World Wide Web.
