3. Be Interesting
Employers expect someone who is remarkable, memorable, stands out, is unique, and demonstrates why they are the best candidate to fill a vacancy in their company.
This can be out of work activities – the fact that you recently ran a marathon, won a sports prize, or you volunteer to help at your local hospital, mention it. Build an effective management network
Right now: Make a list of critical contacts — those relationships that are particularly important for your effectiveness. Identify critical gaps — personal relationships you need but don't yet have.
Important: Don't rely on memory. For few days, keep a log of all your interactions — who, what, where, why. Put each person on a card and arrange the cards in order of the importance of the relationship. This will tell you how you should be dividing your time.
Next: Work to improve your critical relationships. Think of what the other people need and find ways you can help them do their jobs better. Fill the gaps. Get together with new people who are important to you... have yourself introduced or introduce yourself ... invite them to lunch.

Worry is a down payment on a problem you may never have. By its nature, worry tends to deal in generalities, and worry is always about things that have not yet happened. If left unchecked, worry can squeeze the juice - all the happiness - out of life. The word "worry" means "to strangle." My advice? Put it in prayers and think of a rational, constructive, and compassionate action to take. Focus only on those things that you are able to, and choose to, affect in a positive way.
Whenever you find yourself consumed by worry and there is realistically nothing to be done about the issue, just move on with your life, and make the choice to live joyful. Spend time with others who share your interests, and inspire you to be better.
Don't let worry squeeze the juice from your life. Take charge of your life by staying busy and focused. Choose to life joyfully in the present, without regret or resentment about the past, or worry about the future.
