If you have the money, pay. It strengthens your application. Do not pay anyone to review your SOP o. A lot of scammers here

Good day everyone, I got a PGC admission in Saskatchewan poly, POF ready and deposit paid, do I need to pay school fee in full before visa application? also I will need someone to support on reviewing my SOP. God bless.
