One thing is for sure, Ronaldo has the highest number of fans world wide. majority of football lovers can not be sentimental or even irrational.

Most people that dislike the incredibility of Christiano Ronaldo are Barcelona fans and few Chelsea fans, among other people that took their club or country loss personal.

Humans naturally admire successful men, and Christiano Ronaldo is an iconic representation of football success. A GOAT indeed.

Messi is a good footballer too, but I don't see him as an inspiration to productivity and perseverance... Someone that's willing to take up challenges, a hero... No. He is Good and is contempt with his inborn abilities... Just like his boss Guadiola, they're both scared of unfavorable challenges. Messi's path is too graceful and those that support him are subconsciously the lazy kind of Nigerian youths.��.
