After two years of facing several failed pregnancies, marked by seven miscarriages, we made significant changes in our approach, leading to a successful conception. Here's what we did differently: 1. Spiritual Fortitude: We fortified our spirits through unwavering faith and persistent prayer, trusting in God. 2. Strategic Sacrifice: Making our Shiloh sacrifice for the year became a deliberate and purposeful act in our journey towards parenthood and kingdom service. 3. Focused Medical Attention: Both partners underwent thorough medical assessments. My wife received targeted treatment for infection (Cyprotab, Doxycycline), carefully timed in November-December 2023. Simultaneously, I, as the husband, underwent medical tests and followed a prescribed medication plan too( Cyprotab, Doxycycline and Fluconazole). 4. Optimized Nutrition: Embracing a nutrient-rich diet, including specific supplements like Folate B9, folic acid for my wife even before pregnancy and 20mg of zinc plus folic acid for me, played a crucial role. 5. Holistic Approach to Infections: We implemented a holistic approach to combating infections, incorporating garlic, cloves, ginger, and scent leaves for 5days ( Morning & Night ). 6. Traditional Remedies: Adding Action bitter on an empty stomach for three days and incorporating various traditional remedies contributed to our overall well-being. 7. Diverse Diet: A balanced diet featuring abundant vegetables, zobo mixed with lemon orange, and yogurt became integral to our routine. 8. Strategic Intimacy: During the ovulation period, we adopted a strategic approach to intimacy, maintaining a schedule of one day ON and one day OFF. 9. Mindful Break: Taking a break from medications until March 2024 allowed our bodies to recover and rejuvenate was our plan if we were not going to get pregnant this month. 10. Persistent Testing: Regular and persistent pregnancy testing enabled us to catch the positive result, even if faint, a day before my wife's expected period. Confirming it a week later added to our assurance. 11. Medical Support: The introduction of Cyclogest pessary 400mg from the initial testing provided additional support during the early stages of pregnancy. Wishing strength and hope to those facing similar challenges on their path to parenthood. Refined by ChatGPT |

Good morning good people! Please I need possible suggestion if we are a candidate for IUI? I married my wife as a virgin about 18 months ago and ever since having a child is becoming a prayer point. We have been experiencing series of miscarriages/ chemical pregnancy. The miscarriages/chemical pregnancy is always between 5-6weeks. We recently did HSG and were told one of her tube block but the other is open. I also did semen analysis again and it came out fine(178million count & 70motility with 50 morphology). Every time we visted the hospital, they ask her to use dusphaston and vasoprine ,still no improvement. This time she went in for hormonal test at the lab. Everything came out ok except her T3 and T4 with (less than 0.2) and the Doctor says is insignificant. She was placed on clomid for this month and she was late for 5days, which we tested negative on home strip and blood work. Today she started bleeding. I am confused and don't know what to do.Thank you as I await your responses |
