It can be assumed dat he couldn't use it 2 its full potential cos his body hasn't full adapted 2 it or cos he had only 1 and not both eyes infused wit d rinnegan. 4 those sayin he had a rinnegan and an E.M.S, pls don't be confused wat he had was a MS not an EMS.
Again, because he was defeated(not killed) by Kakashi doesn't mean Kakashi is beta or more powerful dan any other shinobi he defeated. In reference:
-Pein killed Jiraiya, Naruto defeated Pein. We all know y dat was possible but does dat imply dat Naruto is beta or more powerful dan Jiraiya?!
-Shikamaru defeated Hidan who killed Asuma, we all know y dis was also possible. Does it in any way imply dat Shikamaru is stronger dan Asuma?
In both cases above wat was d major reason d students defeated d shinobis their senseis lost 2? because they knew sumtin their senseis didn't know, and dats hw their opponents jutsu works.
For d above reason, I don't see hw hard it is 4 u guyz 2 bliv dat kakashi could defeat obito.

I mean we see that Kishi is all about motives and reasons so please give the motives for these people. Why is Shino, Shino? Why is he even a ninja, what does he hope to gain? What is his clan about?
