Kanu invariably pushed them to make the infamous declaration, but such excuses are rarely an excuse in a court of law. They should be arrested, quickly tried and sentenced to jail, as a deterrent.

Politics › Re: Fayose Reacts To Arrest Of Top Ekiti Officials By EFCC by Paperwhite(m): 9:41pm On Sep 28, 2017
"The government said “it is funny that the EFCC, in the bid to carry out its usual hatchet job against Governor Fayose, failed to take into cognisance the subsisting court order, which forbids any official of the Ekiti State government from being arrested by the EFCC. Up till today, the court order has not been appealed and it subsists.”

The government challenged the EFCC to tell Nigerians what has been done to the loads of petitions written against the immediate past APC government of Kayode Fayemi, asking; “What has the EFCC done to those involved in the grass-cutting scam and the $43 million Ikoyi scam?”
“On this one, let us tell these agents of the devil in the EFCC and those they are working for that as usual, they have taken on a wrong customer. This is because the more they run after Governor Fayose, the more they hit their heads on the Rock of Ages and get themselves fatally injured.”
Epic reply.

Politics › Re: Fayose Reacts To Arrest Of Top Ekiti Officials By EFCC by Paperwhite(m): 9:24pm On Sep 28, 2017
This is clear witch-hunting as Ekiti state is not the only state that have allegedly abuse the bail-out fund. What have the EFCC done to Gov.Yari of Zamfara state that is a close ally of the most holy anti-corruption czar yet involved in abuse of same fund that have pitched him against his state HOA? What of Rochas, Aregbesola and co? What have became of Lawal Babachir,Olusola Oke of NIA & a host of other APC bigshots involved in one corrupt act or the other? Karma is real.

From historical perspective, the hausa-fulanis have always see and exalted themselves as the owners of Nigeria(Read Ahmadu Bello's pre-independence speech) So anyone that tends to challange their hegemony is often seen as a threat.Atiku said the truth.
