NB1912:
Proving home ties is important to show that you have strong reasons to return to your home country after completing your studies, especially for GTE assessment. Since you don't have any asset or employment back home you can still show family ties and social ties etc. I will recommend applying to AL1 schools to limit the amount of evidence you will have to show.
