Hello guys, guess our day went well? Still on the matter, made few nice friends via this thread, on much comparisons and consultations it seems yours truly is tilting towards Honda babyboy. I've come to love the ride and I'd be sensitive to n observant of the leg issue. Good evening.
Honda babyboy is another good and affordable ride. All the best bro.

Hmmmmmmmm.......... This is a serious issue oooo. With this kind of salary level, you are still thinking about buying a car? Your must be too optimist a person. You should visit a Professor of Economics for better counsel.
Can u say same for a family man with same salary level?

My brother, you have tried.
We all have our different mentalities.
Some people believe what you earn is not enough to own a car. As if everyone out there who drives one are millionaires.

I know of a family who goes around boarding a bike with 3 kids, the husband earns close to 100k. Ask him why he wouldn't get a small car so he can transport his family instead, he will tell u cars are expensive to maintain and he can't afford such expense.

Some, their problem is.... trying to feel among or Biting more than they can chew.

A man who Probably earns 40k, gets a car loan from his work place, wants to acquire and maintain a VENZA.

A man who's income is unstable decides to go for a Lexus RX330 that swallows fuel like say tomorrow no go come.

A man with a low income who has got so many mouth to feed, goes ahead to buy a car that one of its tyres costs 80k..

Someone who doesn't know anything about cars, someone who couldn't make a proper research or someone with greediness decided to get a shiny box of wahala just because it was so cheap

Those are the kinds of people that complains about cars mostly. They will make you believe having a car is the worst nightmare that can ever happen to human or tell you it's a liability.

If every man can follow their own path and stop doing stuffs to impress others, life will have been a better place.
You will see people who's class and income and family setting only permits them to own a Golf 2 or Nissan Micra, they ll go ahead and buy a Camry just like everyone else around them and at the end, they keep complaining bitterly. You ll begin to wonder in your own mind, na so e dey difficult to maintain vehicle ni. The answer is No.

Negligence on the other hand is killing some people, for instance you know your radiator hose leaks, it will only cost u few bucks to change the pipe or seal it, but u looked the other way and kept topping water till the thing got worse and go empty, you probably ended up with a bursted radiator or maybe gasket got damaged, car breaks down and money to repair is on the high side. You begin to curse the vehicle, tell me whose fault?

Some people know a particular model of vehicle has a common issue, still go ahead to get one.

It is very easy to maintain a vehicle only if you go with what you can handle and not be like someone else. After all, a golf 2 and a Range Rover Sport will move on the same road, they buy fuel at the same station and will get to their specific destination even if the SUV will get there first. Rain no go beat any of them.

My car brake pad cost 2k, yours costs 50k, it doesn't guarantee a safe trip.

My engine is 1.4 with 90HP, yours is v10 with 1000 horsepower, i know you wont fly. Even me never finish my speedometer self

The day you know how important a Volkswagen beetle owner is will be when good rain falls and you are busy walking along the road especially when you have a family.

Be yourself bro. Get a sound vehicle that you can handle preferably a basic ride to start with. You will never regret it.

For those who wants to belong, A car is a liability! For those who actually know it's worth, it is a Necessity!!
So much sense in a post. I salute u sir.

Good evening my brothers and sisters. I am a family man with a wife and a daughter and I need a small fairly used car that is easy to maintain. A car that has fuel economy, whose parts are available and affordable in order to ease family mobility as my wife's workplace is quite a distance from the house. Also, the stress of my wife carrying my child to work via buses n keke breaks my heart. Although we are looking at 2002 Honda civic, heard it fits my criteria so well. Pls, I need your advice on that too. My budget is 450k to 500k. GOD bless us all.
I wonder why a post like this isn't on front-page yet. Supermods pls move dis to front page as I am also very interested in more views. tnx.
