I would say being posted to serve in Sokoto state, is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. It has really afforded me the opportunity to really understand the way of life in the North and how lovely the people here are. I must confess Sokoto is a very peaceful and nice place to live in.

And am very happy to be celebrating Sallah up North for the first time. A friend of us here invited us to his place and treated us well with the best he can afford. He was so happy to have us celebrate Sallah with him, that he even took us to his father's house, to introduce us to him.

Contrary to people's opinions, the people up North are quiet peaceful, happy and lovely to live with. Doing business here is very secured and there is no threat to your life.
