Paramilitary is no longer Z-list oo. With the recently implemented perculiar allowance and the upcoming minimum wage review, when also implemented, an ASPII will be netting home something a bit substantial. Good luck to you guys.
Currently. If you add the 35k palliative. It’s 200k plus. Though still small. Police are on top of everyone in the force exception of the already known few.

There's need for your master bedroom to be cross ventilated
To many exit/entry doors into the building ( security concerns).
I am also considering the cost of construction, this plan will cost more to build than an average 4 bedrooms bungalow
Very good observations. Thank you

1. Poor grid system.
2. Poor light admittance to the lobby. The secondary windows on the foyer and store walls will most likely not be functional.
3. Introduce more windows to the lounge.
4. Toilet orientation not too good.

I am not too comfortable with the design, looks too busy and stuffy for a 4bed bungalow. Thank you.

You are the Custodians of ICPC’s Future – ICPC Chairman to the Newly Recruited Officers

A total of 266 officers newly recruited by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) today graduated from the Anti-Corruption Academy of Nigeria (ACAN), after six weeks of intense and rigorous training.

The Chairman of ICPC, Dr. Musa Adamu Aliyu, SAN who inspected the officers on parade, said that the event marked a significant milestone not just for the graduates ready to embark upon new professional journeys but also for the ICPC which thrives on the fresh energy and perspective each of them brings.

Dr. Aliyu stated that the newly recruited officers had been immersed in a rigorous and dedicated training programme that was designed to, not only impact knowledge but also to instill a sense of integrity and justice.

He said, “As custodians of integrity and justice, you are entrusted with a duty that demands unwavering dedication, selflessness, and unyielding resolve. You are the guardians of the ICPC’s future and as you step into your roles, always remember the core values that bind us together as upholders of the law, impartiality, and discipline.”

It's well, may God help us all. Insha Allah this year is my year
Yes, may God help us. My younger cousin was discouraged from applying to banks after graduating with a 2.1 at a young age, despite her academic excellence. After getting married, she eventually ended up in a local microfinance paying below 50k. When I was home this festive period, I asked her if she now works in a bank, and she responded, "Na bank I dey work now." It's truly disheartening to witness a young person's potential hampered due to a lack of proper information.

Sir, no one is disputing that jobs that pay that much doesn't exist but the ratio of such offers to the population of Nigeria. According to statistics, Nigeria has more unemployed citizens, then underemployed citizens. Among 10 Nigerians earning salaries, you'll find 7 among them who are underpaid and that's the fact. So coming to state that 300k is too small for one even at his junior level is quite demeaning and a ridicule to the majority earning meagre sums. Lots of persons earn 60-70k when they newly start jobs. How many persons work in banks, nnpc, cbn, and other good paying agencies? This same lagos that guy is boasting about, I know someone who since 2018 he started in a private coy, currently earns just 130k I know someone else who started October last year same in lagos but different establishment and is earning less than 100k, that still doesn't mean that I don't know one who got a job in Owerri and is being paid 850k, he resigned from BAT Ibadan for this job. But in all these, how many persons are earning these mouth watering sums

Let nairalanders ease up with these their lambas and help someone if they can and stop bragging about how fortunate they are to be earning big.
I currently earn a salary below 130k in my current place of work (public sector). Personally, I'm not boasting, especially since I no longer work there. I corrected the impression he's trying to convey about trainees in certain firms. What I find disagreeable is the potential discouragement his statement might cause for others considering opportunities in the private sector.

You are not worth arguing with. Its even foolishness to argue with someone who have almost zero experience in the labour force. I goofed big time. Why should I be arguing on such topics with person wey no get experience grin. You cannot know about salaries because you barely have received one. Many private companies out there pay good money. Where I work 350 is even like the least. Ordinary corper sef dey collect 107k monthly and you are here talking. Lol wake up.
Big Mama, a former colleague with less than 4 years of experience, recently joined KUDA and is currently earning above a million naira. This December, I find myself missing my time in the private sector, as I could have received more than 700k, including the 13th-month bonus and other perks.

🤣🤣🤣mr lamba . List 1001 companies wey graduate trainees dey earn 350k after completion in nigerian. We talk with fact and data here not just mouth. I am very sure you are unemployed. Even oil and gas graduate trainee is slightly above 200k - 300k and the percentage is very low like 5/100. The NGOs , international organisation and oil company earn more but the number of available positions compare to number of applicants is outrageous because those jobs are competitive. You sounds like there is job everywhere. Cmon. be realistic and specific. Don't just open mouth like an illiterate. People have gone beyond earning montly salary to entrepreneurs and content creators due to competitions in job market. I am not disputing the facts that there are jobs that pay good money. however, what is the percentage of those slots to applicants. You need to learn about data analytics and review.

I will be waiting for you to list your acclaimed 1001 companies.
Before transitioning to public service, I worked at a microfinance bank where my monthly salary was 275k at the entry level, and I worked there for 2 years and 5 months. With an additional 125k bonus, which I could consistently earn, at least 50k from. Aside from that, I earned a transport allowance of 5k to 7k for each loan I disbursed. My target was just 20m, which a good loan officer could sometimes meet in the first week of the month. Essentially, my total monthly income was around 300k+. It's important to note that executive trainees at Access Bank and Stanbic IBTC typically receive salaries starting at 350k. Don’t argue what you don’t know o

He certainly doesn't seem to be a legitimate NDLEA senior officer. It's improbable that a genuine senior officer would use such words. Also, the SOBC 16 officer hasn't returned to duty, yet he claimed to be busy with his new assignment.

What happen to the documentation nd capturing u did with d ministry of interior.
I apologize for any confusion. I want to clarify that I didn't specify capturing at the Ministry of Interior. Despite changing jobs three times in the private sector before transitioning to the public sector, I am open to new opportunities that contribute to my professional growth and impact. My objective is to continually advance until I become indispensable, and my voice is acknowledged and valued.

It's worth noting that my last net pay in the previous private sector role was almost three times higher. However, my decision to transition into the public sector was driven by a pursuit of job security, recognition, influence and the power that I seek.

Let me tell your something Oga, the very reason why I'm giving this thread a break is because of the oaths i took.. Even if i give you my service number, there is nothing that will happen because the people that put us there can remove or retire your oga.
While I have reservations about your involvement in the mentioned training, I advise you to exercise caution moving forward. Best wishes

I promised to give this thread a break because of my new assignment. But for you to question my commissioning must mean you are very stupid.

If you know you are an officer, i can ask you several questions here relatable to camp activities at the academy in Katon and let's see if you are.
If your inappropriate behavior persists, indicative of conduct unbecoming of an officer, I will personally address the matter, reveal your identity, and report it to the Deputy Commandant (Admin). You are aware of how swiftly they can take action. While I may overlook your misbehavior, I urge you not to stain the reputation of the NDLEA. If you genuinely belong to the SOBC 16, take a break and steer clear of trouble.

My dear comrades,

As few of you were aware of yesterday, i was commissioned as an Assistant Superintendent of Narcotic yesterday by the NDLEA at Katon Rikkos Jos.

I go take break from this place small focus on my new assignment. But will be back to reply any BASTARD wey insult me here.

Congratulations to me & my colleagues. Also, congratulations to my manager, now the head of my business after years of togetherness. You too shall go places.

I thank my wife for making making time to drive down to celebrate with us. I dedicate this new life to our family.
Kindly abstain from casting aspersions on the reputation of this esteemed institution. I question your affiliation, and even if you are a member, it is unnecessary to proclaim it here. An officer is expected to exemplify the qualities of a true gentleman without overt declaration.

Nothing like allowances. The stated one of APL should be 127k but after deduction it falls within the range of 123-125k.

Although there is an approval for increment which is yet to be implemented.

The stated monthly salary on CONPASS APL is approximately 147k, but after deductions, it currently stands at around 123k. The upcoming changes include a new 40% peculiar allowance and a slight increase in rent subsidy allowance for CONPASS, effective from June 1st, 2023. Once implemented, these adjustments are expected to raise the monthly take-home pay to around 160k. Additionally, with the minimum wages award, the total monthly income is projected to reach 195k+.

I think they should. I'm saying this because when I was employed, during documentation (which came after IPPIS capturing), I could remember those of us with statement of results were reminded to make sure they get to submit their original certificates before the 2yrs probation period runs out. That means there were those with statements of result who were IPPIS captured with us
