Plz I am trying to make up my mind on weather to get a maxima or a camry, which do you prefer and are there any other problems with the nissan maxima, like gear box and others,

I will pick a 2003 Camry over a 2003 EOD anytime, cos
1. Hold value better than EOD.
2. Mechanical know how of Toyota in Nigeria is second to none.
I just wish it wasnt as big as they have made it.

what about 00-02 Camry and 00-02 Maxima can u tel me which is better?

I will have 1.2M by next week, would love a gold dust color, or ash color

Camry is all over Nigeria
Maxima is cheaper to buy and for your price of 1M, you might surely wanna look at getting a Maxima, cos you will be looking at good 1.2M for a basic 2000 Toyota Camry with average mileage . . . . but you might be able to get a 2000 Maxima for just a little over 1M . . . but 800K cant any of the 2.
Once again, as mentioned, 1M and maybe a little more change, might be able to get a drama free 2000 Maxima.
However, in terms of maintenance, Camry is cheaper cos there are so many mechanics and parts for them in Nigeria, but if you treat the maxima good, you will enjoy it.

Tell me what you like in cars, like engine type, tansmission types
Tell me what year you will like like
and i will build something and let yu know what can be within your range.

@shomoba01, most maxima come fully optioned, how much will it go for though I would prefer a camry as it is durable just like verybody is saying,
