I believe you are using this second round of stalling to buy time in the eventuality of a chargeback. But it is very inappropriate, unethical and could send an entirely wrong message about your business.

While i understand that Paypal transactions can be very problematic, it would have been better if you had clearly spelt out terms and conditions to him before transacting. For example, "Kindly be informed that we do not make payment for Paypal transactions until after 24 or 48 hours". That way, everyone is aligned.

Please pay the young man his money and let us have some peace.

I have waited the 24hrs which he said cos of chargeback,then he started questioning me if my clients was satisfied with my work before he transfers naira,now it is Uba bank network to transfer my naira to me after 2hrs which he said he has transferred it....contact them now,he said I should wait after 24hrs for them to revert it back...

Guys be careful of the guy below. He is a scammer. I wanted to buy skrill he approached me he has $200 and insisted i pay first. I asked him to send me a picture of the funds in his acct then he sent me a screenshot funds of $1168.. i bcame suspicious of the increase in figure plus the quality of the image. I sent me anotherthat he edited his phone time on it wen i requested to his his phone time. I google his name on NL and google and acct details but all did not come out as a scammer. I was so sure der is something wrong with d image and i kept searching on google then i discovered d same image showing the exact figure he sent to me is there on google. Becare guys
