That is what he does. Someone mentioned it sometime ago that he buys funds from scammers and threaten to expose them unless they agree to accept about 20% of the agreed price. And because the scammers knows that they might loose all the funds, they accept the 20% that osacoin offers them and some of them go ahead to scam others to regain what they have lost from a so called reputable trader. Here will continue to thrive for den of thieves since the mods don't deal with trusted traders silently turning into thieves. I hope he pays you

I won't tag osacoin a scammer. But if you want to do business with the guy, please get a lawyer. Let everyone lay out every single term and condition. He go still default but at least you have your documents to prove your case. In all my life I never see any transaction like this.
