Recently, I adopted an adolescent male Rottweiler and noticed that he scratches himself every now and then. On a closer look, I observed things that appear to be dandruff. The dog loses some hair perhaps due to the scratching.
Pls, I need your advice on a quick intervention to save the dog from the condition.

I suspect that whoever may have removed the pump is a thief, not necessarily an armed robber.
Whichever way one looks at it, that is criminal.
However, I find it shameful for a Federal Minister to begin to recite how MTN wanted to drill a common borehole in his community, an offer he ought to have rejected in the first place.

It is even more shameful to tell the public that he supplied several tanker loads of water. The question is how much does a single submersible borehole pump cost that a minister could not replace but instead chose to buy water.
This is one of the problems we face daily in Nigeria, politics and publicity.
The Honorable Minister, next time, please consider to replace the pump (< N50,000) with your budget to commercially supply water in tankers.

If you are applying for any of the positions, you can do the following:

a) Prepare your Letter of Application and save preferably as a PDF document

b) Fine-tune/tailor your CV (detailing your educational qualifications) to suit the position you're applying for and again save

c) Scan your Credentials and save/convert each file to PDF

d) You may bring all saved files into a single folder

e) Ask a friend around to assist you to merge the files into a single document, assuming you saved each as PDF. Several packages including Adobe Professional can merge files quite easily.

f) After putting together a good application and you can't MERGE the files, come back here to seek help. We should be able to assist you.

g) Finally, it's the merged single document (having several pages of your Application, CV, Credentials etc) that should be uploaded while completing your online application.

One of the reasons why many schools ask for this is because it simplifies downloading of applicants' files in a single click, rather than opening the files one after another.

Thanks OP for this info. However, I'd quickly add that this emerging trend to charge as much as N3800 application fee is wicked, to say the least.

It is shameful! The management of this University should as a matter of urgency end this extortion mechanism.

Documents should be submitted at the main campus in Oye, where Personnel department sits.

I received a text message this afternoon requesting me to submit 12 copies of CV and credentials by December 29. It's the second stage of the online application to fuoye.

Luckily, I haven't traveled for the Christmas.
