Hello good people,

I have used the Dropbox service twice in the past but my attempt at a renewal recently seemed unsuccessful. While my visa is still valid, I applied to renew with my wife but neither was issued and my wife's visa cancelled even though it had about a month more on it at the time of application for renewal. Our applications were separate because I was planning a surprise for her but we have both been told to come for interviews. Now to get interview dates are so difficult. The dates don't even load on travel docs website. This means a great financial loss on my part because there are expenses already incurred since what I paid for is time bound.

Any idea what's going on about non availability of dates and is there any help we can get?
