Hi guys,

Please I have an Oukitel c12 pro with faulty screen. When there's a coloured print on the screen that is different from the background colour, each print draws a line from top to bottom.

For example, if the background is black, all the colours of each icon (say Google) would reflect with lines from top to bottom.

It doesn't distort the background images. For example, if I send a screenshot, it wouldn't reflect the problem. There just so many lines on the screen.

Please is there any solution? Anyone who can help with this?

Or does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? I was hoping I would receive it by yesterday but nothing yet
