I had played both on my PS4 and I really fall in love with both. The story and emotion of TLU was out of this world and the graphics and action of U4 was also the same. I love both of them deeply that, I sometimes wish I could be in the games. But if I've to choose the overall best, I would slightly choose TLU.

For those who had played both of them, can you tell me your best?

I do software engineering apart from games I write codes for work and clients abroad but I can't do Android Development or some other fields because my system is showing it's old age. Also I used to dabble into 3D development before as it's an hobby that's why am not looking for something as crazy as the OP just a decent i7 and Vulkan GPU and am good to go.

Yep, even updated my storm 4 a whole back, now I have ninja tool wielding boruto, sound four and a new set of naruto nd sasuke,in short it's the "road to boruto" dlc, this new hokage Naruto can use four types of rasengan...normal orb type, wind style rasenshuriken, wind bijuu style rasenshuriken(cat tailed nature chakra),nd wind fire style rasenshuriken..
