So I message them, telling them that I'm yet to do any withdrawals so they replied that I should *scan and send a valid passport or any government issued ID.
*that I should also snap myself holding the passport or ID.
Also my account was a US account sha.
But after I provided the details, they allowed me to change my security question and answer.

Any way sha dem fly me back to Naija free of charge. No body asked me yeye question as per how my location and ID were different

Best option for you not to lose your money on there, create another account or look for a trusted friend and buy a gig with all ur money then cash out from his own, cuz if you claim to be in the states when you opened the account they will ask for a visa copy, and if you dont act fast they might block your account. #Shalom

I mean, do you know of anyone who has faced a similar problem and he was asked to present a visa copy ? And is it possible to order another person's gig without them asking for SECURITY ANSWER ?

first of all you shouldn't have contacted them. Always ask questions before proceeding through any intricate process.

You didn't forget your security question, you're only typing the answer inconsistently.

For example: if your answer is FIVERR there're 6 possible ways to write it and each is unique(only the correct one will work)

Here's how:
1: FIVERR
2: FIVERR (space)
3: Fiverr
4: Fiverr (space)
5: fiverr
6: fiverr (space)

Always take note of the case your letter was written in. Whether there was a space after the letters... Etc

This is for people who might be facing such problems, I believe Fiverr will soon sanction Nigerians on their site, it's bad for us o, abeg o

First your dollar is save even if you are banned. You may not be able to widthraw immediately though
Second, provided you do not write that you are a native English speaker in your profile. Tell them you opened the account while in USA and now you have returned to your home country. The picture does not matter. Everyone use lady picture to attract sales

Don't follow my advice strictly. Wait for other people's comment.

Hey guys...need your advice on this issue. Forget the ANSWER to my security question on fiverr.....an USA account (funny....right). Contacted customer support and I was asked to provide an ID which I did (my Nigerian International passport ). They have contacted me to explain the difference in location on the account and the ID. My worry now is :
1) What do I tell them ?
2) What are the possible consequences ( e.g Is there a possibility of losing the account ) ?
3) What happens to my $$ which I am yet to withdraw ?

Please I need you advise asap....thanks.

want to believe a mail was sent to you notifying you of why the gig was DENIED. Did the gig have anything to do with writing reviews ?
