Can someone help me with the site link for Canadian tourist visa ?

Good morning all, please I have a question which is, I want to apply for Canadian tourist visa, I have a registered company with an existing bank account under my business name, pls do I need to submit a tax paying receipt? Note; I want to tender both my business account and my personal account. Pls help a brother, do I still need to get a tax clearance or it is not necessary?
