SportsAnthony Joshua Remove Oluwafemi Olaseni Frm Your Name, nigeria Doesnt Deserve You by patoxx(op): 1:01am On May 03, 2017
Already the people's hero in his hometown the young British gained a whole new planet of admires as he stopped the legendary Wladimir Klitschko in the 11th round of an epic world heavyweight title war.

A Nigerian man has taken to Instagram to share his pain about the way Nigerians are claiming Anthony Joshua after beating the Legendary Wladimir Klitschko.

Read what he said

I'm so irritated at the way Nigerians are claiming Anthony Joshua. abeg how has Nigeria or Nigerians helped him. When he was going in and out of prisons and courts where was Nigeria? I heard he even wanted to represent us in the Olympics we no gree, now everybody is saying Nigerian born"

Where is our Samuel peters we were claiming. Where was Nigeria or Nigerians when his career was being frustrated by "Oyinbo pp" (I'm sure they don't even know). Nigerians mock his face after his fight with Klitschko, do u know he knocked out Klitschko 2/3 times in that bout and I believed was robbed by d unanimous decision going 2 Klitschko. Does anyone care where he is at the moment?

Have you heard of Ike Ibeawuchi? I bet 90% of u avent, well he was a heavy weight champion who knocked out evender holyfield and the 2 Klitschko brothers. like fight with Byrd has d record for the most punches in a heavyweight 1730! In 5 rounds! like threw 973 of those, also a record for an individual in heavyweight boxing. He was on course to being the next world champion until he was setup. Abeg how can someone "attempt" to rape an an ashewo that came to ur room?. Well like was in jail for 14 years after his fight with Byrd for "attempted" rape of a prostitute. How did Nigeria or Nigerians help him?

We are claiming Anthony Joshua, go to national stadium and see potentially great boxers and athletes in general rotting away with no hope. I train with them and sometimes I almost cry by the things I hear these potential greats going through. When they finally make it through the hardship and succeed one human being wey brush wild be shouting UP NIGERIA!

Anthony Joshua If u get to read this please removed that Oluwafemi Olaseni from your name and fully represent U.K because this joke of a country doesn't deserve u. I wish u the best in ur career and congratulations once again.

What's your take on this? Share this until it gets to Nigerian government, We are really losing a lot! #patogist

On 20th of April 2016, Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) got the shocker news of the year that each students is to pay a sum of 12,500 for the damages caused during the protest on 17th of February 2016. One Mr Hanyanwuh Chukwukadibia has taken to his facebook page to write an open letter to the Vice Councillor on behalf of every students of Futo

It Reads..

*OPEN LETTER TO FUTO MANAGEMENT*
Dear V.C and the management team,I bring you greetings in the euphoria of Easter.

I want to use this special medium to commend your efforts to ensure students return back to campus as soonest for the completion of the harmattan semester 2016/2017 Session.
But Sir,we due respect I must condemn you inhuman decisions that are engrossed with so much greed and wickedness.

We the students of this great Citadel of learning have tried our best to remain peaceful after the Feb 17th incidence but am sorry to say that you are taking our quietness fore granted.
First was your no bike policy which we are yet to see your alternative because as for your Moluwe called Shuttle, its not an option at all.
Secondly is the expulsion of Six final year Students.
Sir if I may ask,how will you feel if your won in final year is expelled because he decided to speak out when things were going wrong.
Where on earth do you pass judgement on people without trial?
Am sorry to say that for barely 8months in office you have demonstrated noting but tyranny in your leadership.
To worsen the matter you came up with the worst decision which is imposition of damage fee of #12,500 on us .
My V.c sir,to the best of my knowledge, futo admits average of 5,000 students yearly totaling up to 25,000 futoites and each student is meant to pay #12,500.
If I know my Mathematics Very well this sums up to #312,500,000.
What on earth did we damage?
Glasses and system in ICT is it what amounts to this?
Now am beginning to believe the rumour that you sold all you have just to assume the position of Ordinary V.C.
Don't think you have achieved anything.
Your mate somewhere is a Governor, Senator what have you and here you are thinking that the position of V.C is that of gate keeper in heaven.
God is watching.
My V.c sir,to the best of my knowledge, in other institutions students pay their school fees even after final year exams during clearance.
Why is our own different. Why are we paying higher that our sister schools yet you force us to pay before we can write *first semester* exams.
With due respect sir,for peace to reign, kindly call back the "expelled students", reduce our tuition fees and the so called damage fee to maximum of #5000 else FUTO will cease to exist because there will be no futo without students or lectures.
Thank you and God bless you and give you the grace to have more sense.
*ATTACHED BELLOW ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RESUMPTION*
*CONDITIONS FOR RESUMPTION*
We the Concerned Student's Futo after our close door meeting yesterday have agreed to resume school under the following Conditions
1-Mr.FC Eze reduces Futo Tuition Fees to a bearable amount
2.That a standard Shuttle system be introduced in the school to replace the banned bike and not the moluwe you call Shuttle
3.That the expelled Students be called back with immediate effect
4.That the damage fee be reduce to #5,000
Sir Once these conditions are met,you kindly inform us for resumption else remain in school alone.
Thanks
Yours in Service

Career9 Right Ways To Take Risks by patoxx(op): 2:45pm On Apr 21, 2017
http://www.patogist.com/2017/04/9-right-ways-to-take-risks_21.html

Risks are a part of life you can’t avoid, especially if you want to be successful. As a result, you have to learn the secrets of taking risks that will help you yield the best results. Jumia Travel, the leading online travel agency, shares 9 of these secrets to help you learn to take risks the right way.

Weigh the Risks and Benefits

Before taking risks, you have to ask yourself if the risk is worthwhile. You should consider and understand how much a risk taking ventures involves and its potential benefits. Always compare the possible consequences to the possible benefits of the risk to determine if the risk is worthwhile to you.

Be Realistic About What Could Go Wrong

You should remember that it is possible for your risk not to pay off and you should thus put the consequences in perspective. You should be sure you can deal with these consequences before moving forward with the risk.

Never Put Everything on the Line

This might seem counter-productive, but taking risks does not translate into recklessness. You have to be smart about it. Avoid over stretching yourself in the name of taking risks, and avoid putting all your time or cash into one venture, the odds of ruin are just too high. Always have a ‘safety net’ and a plan B for if the risk fails.

Always Have a Plan B and Even C

This can sincerely not be over-emphasized. You should always prepare for and think of a way out of or a way to deal with any negative consequence of your risks. Please do not take risks that end up leaving you trapped in unhealthy or inhumane situations. Always plan a way out or a way to deal with the consequences before-hand. It doesn’t have to be something so elaborate; it can be as simple as thinking of and having someone to go to if things go south.

Think For Yourself

You are the one taking the risk, it is therefore only appropriate that you learn to think for yourself and use your common sense to reach a conclusion before moving forward. You can listen to others advice and opinions or contributions, but ultimately the decision to take the risk should be yours and should be based on your judgement and assessment of all circumstances involved. If you feel you can’t trust your own judgement, seek the face of someone whose judgement you trust.

Take One Risk at Time

This goes without saying. You can go ‘big’ but don’t go ‘overboard’; this should be your rule for taking risks. Taking more than one risk at time is like being a woman who decides to wear bold makeup with bold jewelry, sky-high heels and a sequined shinny dress all at once. You’re going overboard and like the woman, you’re more likely to fail in risk taking.

Know Your Limits

Before taking risks, you should adhere to some personal guidelines. You should understand how much you are willing to tolerate and what will cause you to stop or back out completely from the venture. Adhering to safety standards that are comfortable for you, is what will keep you ‘alive’ during the ‘dangerous’ and ‘uncertain’ periods of your risk taking venture.

Remember that Risk Taking is Relative

Everyone has different tolerance to risk taking; you should therefore never compare your risk taking tolerance to that of another person. You can push yourself beyond your comfort zone, but never do so beyond what you can handle if things go wrong.

Be Positive

Once you’ve judged a risk as worthwhile, have planned a reasonable way to go about the risk taking venture and have prepared the appropriate safety net, try to be positive and picture everything going well. Positive thinking will help you build the confidence you need to go through the risk.

Business5 Annoying Things Everyone Who Use A Nigerian Bank Can Understand by patoxx(op): 2:33pm On Apr 21, 2017
http://www.patogist.com/2017/04/5-annoying-things-everyone-who-use.html

Banking in Nigeria has greatly advanced. In the past, you will find long queues but today the opposite is the case. Many of them have embraced technology and have simplified the banking process. Regardless, there are still some annoying things that these banks do that are very frustrating. In line with this, Jumia Travel, the leading online travel agency shares some of these things.

Asking you to bring utility bill to open an account

Whenever you visit a bank in Nigeria to open an account, you are asked to bring a utility bill to confirm your address. Sometimes you begin to wonder, what you really need a utility bill for when you have BVN. BVN has every information about an individual including the fingerprints. You cannot change your fingerprint but you can change your address.

They deduct your money due to unnecessary charges

You know one of the annoying alerts you get every month are the charges from your bank. The way some banks remove your money will tempt you to go to the bank to withdraw all of it and transfer it to another one.

They cannot process your complaint because your names are different

If you use two names in one document and use three names in another document, some banks will never accept or process the document from you. They will tell you the process may get stuck because of the name difference.

You have to wait for days when the ATM refuses to dispense money and you have been debited

A faithful morning, you use the ATM of another bank to withdraw but the ATM refuse to dispense and your account is debited. Just be prepared for a long battle with your bank because you will not get your money back in 24 hours. First, you have to complain to your bank for them to reverse and depending on the bank, it can take weeks or months. If you don’t have money, you are on your own for that day. The question is why can’t they reverse it immediately?

And you need money urgently and they tell you ‘no network’

You don’t have money and you have tried several ATMs and they are not dispensing cash. You have no choice than to withdraw money at your bank. You walk into your bank and they tell you that there is no network, you will just get frustrated. The annoying thing is that if there is no network at that branch, it will be same at other branches. And without the network, they cannot do anything! Just start praying that the network comes back!

Food5 Interesting Things You Can Do With A Potato. No. 3 Will Surprise You. by patoxx(op): 2:20pm On Apr 21, 2017
http://www.patogist.com/2017/04/5-interesting-things-you-can-do-with.html

Potatoes are one of the most common and enjoyed vegetables in the world. Aside eating, potatoes can be used for many other things you might not have guessed was possible. Jumia Travel, the leading online travel agency, shares 5 interesting things you can do with potatoes.

Remove Rust

Potato contains oxalic acid which helps to dissolve rust. If you want to remove rust spots on something like a knife, simply insert the knife in the potato and let it sit for a while or cut the potato in half and rub the cut portion over the rusty area, then use a wire scrub on the area. It will go a long way in helping to remove the rust. To tackle larger rusted surface, sprinkle baking powder on the cut portion of a potato or dip in dish soap, and scrub the rusted area with it.

Reducing Puffy Eyes

Simply slice a potato, set aside two slices, place each slice on one eye and keep them on your eyes for about twenty minutes. Repeat this process regularly and you will eventually see a noticeable change. Potatoes can also help to remove dark circles or dark spots under the eyes as well.

Polish Silverware

Rather than purchasing a can of expensive polish, why not use the water you’ve boiled some potatoes in. All you need to do is place the silverware in this water, after the potatoes have been removed from it of course, and let the silverware soak for twenty minutes or half an hour. Remove the silverware, wipe them properly and you’ll be left with sparkling silverware.

For Skin Care

Potatoes are great for helping to remove pimples, blackheads, oily skin and other common skin conditions because they contain essential nutrients and vitamins that help to clean the skin from the pores and remove future threats. You can slice a potato, rub it over the affected area and leave it on for a minute or two before gently rinsing off and patting down with a towel. You can also make a paste out of the potato by using a blender. You apply the paste on your face for about 15 minutes and then gently wash off.

Power Source

Potatoes have been used as a power source for quite a few inventions. Potatoes have a certain amount of energy that can be harnessed. A potato actually almost acts like a battery that powers, for some time, devices attached to it through a wire. You can use a wire to attach either a bulb or digital clock to a potato, and experiment using the potato to power these devices.
