A company who produces pill has adressed the public, using the images of 'American this morning Host Holly Willoughby, issuing a statement that , they (the company pill) is the reason for her weight loss.

Some articles began circulating about the pill company who offered Raspberry Ketone pills, with the write ups including pictures of this morning host Holly Willoughby.

In reply to the violation of her image , her spokesman told the Mirror:
"We're aware of a number of scam websites using images of Holly, along with other celebrities, to sell weight loss products and are liaising with our lawyers about possible legal action."

According to a strong source ; Holly Willoughby has strongly insisted that she has never used any pills from any company or the company who is using her images to sell their pills.

The Chairman of the South-East Senate caucus, Enyinnaya Abaribe has lambasted the Federal Government over its decision to proscribe the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu.

Ogbono soup is a Nigerian dish made with ground ogbono seeds (wild African mango seeds)and has 2 method of cooking ogbono soup:

FRIED METHOD
INGREDIENTS:
Grinded ogbono,
okro,
pumpkin leave (ugu),
meat,
dried fish,
crayfish,
palm oil,
onion,
salt,
kpomo,
maggi,
bitter leaf (optional),
Locust bean (lru, ogiri) (optional).
METHOD
Boil the meat, stock fish, dried fish, and kpomo in a large pot adding onion, salt and maggi.
Dry pots on the fire add palm oil and heat a bit add little onion and the grinded ogbono and stir well to form a drawing paste.
Add the water from the boil meat/fish, stir thoroughly, and cook for 5minutes to 10minutes.
Add the meat/fish pepper, crayfish salt and maggi if necessary boil for 5minutes to 10minutes.
Add the pumpkin leave, boil for 3minutes add bitter leaf allow of cook for 2-3minutes.
Taste, and put out heat and serve.

Chicken shawarma recipe - Make shawarma at home with this simple recipe and serve as appetizer or in wraps.
Ingredients
200 to 250 grams of chicken breast or thigh (choose tender boneless meat)
1 ½ garlic clove minced about 1 large
1 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp chilli powder / paprika
¼ tsp all spice
Generous pinch of turmeric
2 pinches of cinnamon powder
Salt as needed
⅛ tsp pepper
2 tbsp greek yogurt / hung curd (not sour, fresh) or mayonnaise
optional
1 onion quartered layers separated
1 tomato quartered deseede
How to make the recipe
1. Wash chicken under running water. Drain completely. Cut to small bite size pieces. Keep it aside.
2. Mix all the ingredients for marinade. Add lemon juice only if needed.
3. Marinate chicken with the mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 to 24 hours.

1. Heat a pan with half tbsp olive oil on a high heat. When the pan is hot. Place the chicken and flip to cook on all the sides evenly.
2. When the chicken is tender cooked, shred it on the pan with a wooden spoon. Cook further for 1 to 2 mins. Set this aside and use the same pan to grill quartered layered onions and deseeded tomatoes.
