jmoore:Say it no more. Humans including Usain Bolt stand very little chance against fire, water and wind in action. May God not let us see our death staring us in our faces while we can do little. |
What did president Tinubu say? We know who the president is. As a leader you don't keep quiet in moments like this. |
The EFCC and ICPC need to be scrapped. They have outlived their usefulness. Nigeria is on autopilot. Corruption has now become an institution. Even the two main bodies that are created to fight against corruption have become corrupt and can't be trusted anymore. Maybe we should now accept that corruption has defeated us; we can no longer fight it. Hence I suggest a new ministry be established - Ministry of Corruption and Related Practices. When done at least other countries who are struggling with corruption like us can understudy and learn better how Nigeria leads in that area. |
Nigerians will still clap and hail this lot. Do you know what 2 million dollars (about 3 billion naira when converted) can do here in Nigeria? A lot. I weep for this country. It is finished. Now you will understand why Tinubu will say it is his turn. His turn to do what exactly? To protect the status quo. To make sure he and his corrupt allies are totally shielded to continue looting and enjoying the common wealth. Meanwhile it now looks like it is practically impossible for Nigeria to generate and distribute constant electricity; it seems like we can't build modern cities with world class infrastructure like other 'smaller' African countries are doing; what about portable water supplies to our cities and towns? Primary health care centers are a shadow of themselves; what about good roads? Etc. Now, that is just Wike in the picture, what about the others whom Tinubu have sworn a secret oath to protect? Common cold and fever they pretend to fly to London, France and America. No, they are going there for their shady deals... To hide their loot only to return and tax us the more, pretend like the country is broke. I don't blame them, I blame us. We will still be the ones hailing these politicians and common criminals that are supposed to be languishing in jails. |

I saw it too, but mine was over 2.5 and I played it live ( almost 10 mins into the game) with 4k and won 20k |
helinues:Very true. Fuel has now dropped to 100 naira per liter. We now enjoy 24 hours of electricity supply, even a bag of rice sells for as low as 25k... What about hunger? Enough ewa and agbado has been made surplus to homes. Tinubu is really a gift. |
We Nigerians often run away from the truths, hence we dish out half truths and cover-ups just to keep benefiting from the ugly normal. I once wrote an article on how the Fulani herdsmen killings might put us as a nation in food crises in no distant time - it is happening. Many of you didn't know for instance that Benue state (The Food Basket of the Nation) is the biggest producer of yam (a staple in Nigeria and most parts of Africa). Google 'the biggest yam market in the world's and see if it doesn't return 'Zaki Biam yam market, Benue state'. That market has shrunk overtime due to the mindless killings of Fulani herdsmen targeted at farmers (most of whom uses crude tools, the harshest of conditions and remain in vulnerable to attacks) who keep Nigeria on the map as far as rice, yam, cassava etc production is concerned. We can't turn a blind eye to the killings in Benue and other food producing states by marauding Fulani herdsmen and expect not to have malnourished children both in the short and long terms. The Federal, State and all the stakeholders have failed the farmers hence we will go hungry. This is not rocket science. |

50 × 30 = 1500 x 12 = 18,000... This is f**ing too low... How much is data now? |
Ribadun:The dumbest comment I have seen all day. Truly, Nigerians deserve the kind of leaders they have. |
Duru009:She is certainly not young again but her experience will be key to the team. |
In the end, NAFDAC boss will still be settled. How far with the closing down of medical stores at Idumota and Abs? I laugh. Tell us how much each closed shop owner settled NAFDAC before their shops were opened. All this thing is just for showmanship and settlement in the end. Rubbish. |
muyico:They are all in Rivers state. You will still see them in the next general elections in 2027, thank you. |
