I submitted my application on the 28th of last month and when I check my status, it shows thesame thing too 'NO RECORD FOUND' I sent them a mail and this was their reply

'Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for writing to VFS Global Canada, Nigeria.

Kindly be informed that your application is still under processing at the Deputy High Commission of Canada



Please visit the link at www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp.asp to view the average processing time.'

From their reply, I believe there's nothing wrong. Cos for one to be issued a tracking ID and confirmation of receipt of documents, it is really being processed.

i will advice you to try linking ur application online instead of tracking using vfs' system which is not working anyway according to u but i genuinely believe there is nothing wrong

Please house, I submitted my application by hand in Lagos on the 4th of this month. I was sent a confirmation of receipt mail that same day. On 6th I was sent another mail including my tracking ID. But up till now, whenever I check the status of my application I keep seeing "NO RECORDS FOUND". I've tried calling the vfs helpline but it doesn't go thru. I had to chat with one of their representatives after waiting for almost an hour and all he could say was it could be network issues. Please has anyone experienced this? How do I go about it?

I got admission for a pgd program in seneca college. Paid for my first term and waited patiently for my reciept which they sent on 28th april. I just submitted my documents at Lagos VAC today. Hopeful for positive outcome. Tho I discovered this thread last night. I don't think I have any complications.
